Sales Director eHealth
Are you our next sales ace, motivated by the challenge of developing and clinching deals in the eHealth field?
Strikersoft is expanding thanks to our partnerships with a number of major customers within our three focus industries, eHealth, telecom/IT and safety, and we’re now looking to grow our team by recruiting a top-class salesperson in the eHealth field. As a Strikersoft sales manager, your prime motivations are the desire to see our customers’ ideas become realities and the challenge of generating new business on a continual basis. You will be responsible for the Nordic region and be based out of our office in Kista, Stockholm.
We expect that you will have experience working with traditional sales processes, but also that you have acquired skills in the more network- and content-based sales methods used in the digital world. We expect that you understand the concept of value-based selling to customers and are experienced in creating and maintaining long-term customer relationships. As a person, you are open-minded, alert and responsive to customers' explicit and perceived needs, used to working independently to achieve established goals and see both opportunities and potential within customers’ challenges. You are a skilled presenter and communicator and are comfortable working with sales at all levels, including sales initiatives targeting our customers’ executive bodies.
We’re especially interested in hearing from applicants with a formal education in healthcare and those who have previously held similar positions within eHealth. To gel with the Strikersoft team and to be successful in your role, you will also need to have documented experience of working with IT products and/or services.

We focus mainly on the eHealth, telecom/IT and safety industries and have delivered successful projects to customers on three continents. - At least three years’ documented experience in sales (B2B) of IT solutions with a focus on consulting services
- Solid experience in the eHealth market will be viewed as an added merit
- The ability to convert customers’ business requirements into technical solutions
- Accustomed to working in CRM systems
- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
- We especially encourage applicants with university-level engineering qualifications and formal education within healthcare to apply, though these qualifications are not mandatory
