UX/UI Designer
Position description: A Ukrainian–Swedish company is looking for a talented, driven and flexible product digital designer to deliver top-notch digital products.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in commercial projects
- Proven graphic design skills for desktop, mobile and/or web platforms
- Strong proficiency with Sketch
- Solid knowledge of how the web works, the platform restrictions, nuances of adaptive/responsive design implementations
- Deep understanding of various design paradigms, such as Material Design, Apple Approach(HIG), Modern UI/Fluent Design system
- Good knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge a plus
- At least pre-intermediate level of oral and written English
Misc:
- General understanding of the software development process
- A strong multi-tasker, who is able to perform efficiently under pressure with attention to detail
- Good understanding of when to be creative and when it’s better to use the common industry practice
- Ability to interact in a team environment
- Willingness to self-education
- Passionate pizza eater
- Ability to understand who the user is, what her/his needs are and how to use that knowledge in product’s favor
