Consortium partners meet in person to review progress, align strategies, and plan the next steps of the project

The first General Assembly of the Cynergy4MIE project took place on 25–26 June 2025 in Catania, Sicily, gathering researchers from 17 countries. The event brought together representatives from the consortium’s partners, including Strikersoft.

During the plenary sessions, Strikersoft worked alongside VIF, AVL, INSAR, DRIVEU, KTH, POLITO, and SAT, exchanging expertise and aligning strategic directions for the months ahead.

Highlights of the Meeting

The two-day gathering provided an opportunity to:

Review achievements and milestones since the project’s launch in September 2024
Discuss ongoing technical developments and demonstrations
Exchange insights on cross-sector collaboration in Mobility, Infrastructure, and Energy domains
Plan upcoming deliverables and events for the second project year

Agenda

  • Day 1 – Core team sessions, including detailed reviews of work package progress, integration planning for upcoming pilots, and discussions on project risks and mitigation strategies
  • Day 2 – Technical workshops and partner presentations, where Strikersoft showcased its progress toward developing a probability-based AI model, alongside the creation of a radar dataset designed to demonstrate the project’s search-and-rescue use case

In addition to formal sessions, the meeting allowed partners to strengthen personal connections and foster collaboration, ensuring the project remains on track to meet its ambitious goals.
